Every Camille Bon Bon piece is designed from scratch by our founder, mom, and designer Daphne Chen. From sourcing the softest fabrics to selecting the perfect thread, Daphne hand-holds each style through every step of the process. Nothing makes it into the collection unless it passes the most important test of all—Camille’s own seal of approval.

Every Camille Bon Bon piece is proudly made in our Los Angeles atelier. We work in small batches with trusted local artisans using only the highest quality, natural materials.

Return & Shipping Policy
At Camille Bon Bon, every piece is made with love by our small, mom-owned atelier. As a slow fashion brand, we do our best to minimize waste—so we kindly ask that you order thoughtfully.
Returns
We do not offer refunds—store credit only is issued for eligible returns.
- All accessories are final sale.
- Items marked in red on the product and checkout pages are final sale and not eligible for return.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email daphne@camillebonbon.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
To be eligible for return, garments must:
- Be in brand-new, unworn condition
- unwashed, with no stains, makeup, deodorant marks, smells, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Have original hangtags attached (cannot be re-attached)
- Be returned in the original packaging (polybags, cloth wrap, and box)
Return Shipping & Processing:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return packages must be scanned by USPS within 5 days of approval.
- A tracking number must be emailed to us. Returns without tracking will be void.
If your order received free shipping, a $9 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
No cancellations. Orders are processed immediately and merchandise is reserved just for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

- Store credit will be issued only once the item passes our quality check and a receipt is included.

No. We do not accept returns on items that appear worn or styled for photos. As a small slow fashion brand, we kindly ask that you purchase thoughtfully and do not use our pieces for photo shoots or short-term use.

You must email us at hello@camillebonbon.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Return packages must be scanned by USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL within 5 days of approval.

Yes! Just leave your message in the “Order Notes” at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a beautiful notecard.
Each piece is individually wrapped in furoshiki gorgeous fabric and boxed in an adorable pink and white striped sweet treat box that's sure to delight your gift recipient.

Most of our styles are a relaxed fit, and we recommend choosing your normal size. If you'd like a more fitted fit, please size down.

Our children’s sizes typically range from 2-3T to 7/8T, and our women’s sizes range from one size (OS) to XL. Please refer to our size guide on each product page or reach out to us at daphne@camillebonbon.com for personalized fit advice.

Are your fabrics safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use breathable, plant-based fibers like organic cotton and natural, plant based fibers such as cotton, chosen specifically for children and adults with eczema, allergies, and sensitive skin.
We work with a local dye house that uses GOTS-cetified dyes. Our dyed fabrics are rinsed multiple times. However, we highly recommend washing all garments prior to wearing as a precaution for those with sensitive skin.

All pieces are machine washable. Care instructions are listed on each product page and sewn into each garment. For longevity, we recommend cold wash, delicate cycle, and tumble medium dry.
For especially delicate fabrics with button attachments, please wash in a garment bag and detach any straps prior to wash.

As a small, mom-run business, our customer service is handled personally by our founder. We do our best to respond to all emails within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If your email is regarding a return or exchange request that falls within the allowed window, don’t worry—we’ll honor the request as long as your message was sent within the timeframe, even if our reply comes a bit later. 💌
